TERMS
Terms of Use
Terms governing the CrossRoster service, account features, and CrossRoster Plus subscription.
Provider and scope
CrossRoster is provided by Adem Özsayın, an independent developer. These Terms cover the CrossRoster application, online game services, account features, CrossRoster Plus, and related public web pages.
The iOS application is licensed through the App Store and, unless a custom EULA is selected, is subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. The applicable Google Play terms also apply to the Android app obtained through Google Play. On iOS, these Terms supplement Apple’s standard license for the CrossRoster service and subscription rules.
The service
CrossRoster is a competitive knowledge game where two players connect two picks with one footballer in a private room. It does not promise betting, prizes, or public matchmaking.
Accounts and security
Players must protect their account information and use the support channel if unauthorized use is suspected. Friends and direct invitations require a registered account.
Fair use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with another person’s access, attempt to bypass security controls, or send unlawful content.
Game results
Answers are evaluated against the game’s reviewed data. Suspected data issues can be reported; a report does not retroactively change a completed match score.
CrossRoster Plus
CrossRoster Plus is a monthly subscription that provides unlimited match hosting while active. Advanced weekly and all-time statistics are available only to registered players with an active Plus entitlement. Joining a match does not require a subscription and does not consume the joining player’s hosting allowance.
Plus does not improve score, XP earned, level, answer time, answer accuracy, leaderboard points, or catalog coverage, and provides no competitive advantage.
Subscription period and automatic renewal
The current CrossRoster Plus product is a monthly, automatically renewing subscription. Where purchases are offered, billing is handled through the Apple App Store on iOS and Google Play on Android. Price and currency are displayed by the relevant store for the user’s storefront and are not fixed on this site.
The subscription automatically renews at the end of each monthly period until the user cancels.
Managing and cancelling
Users can manage or cancel the subscription in the Apple Account, App Store, or Google Play subscription settings used for the purchase. Cancellation does not retroactively remove the current paid period; Plus access may continue until the end of the server-verified entitlement period and ends when that period expires.
Restore and identity
Purchases can be restored from within the app. Plus purchased as a guest is tied to the stable, opaque CrossRoster player ID; registering with that same identity preserves the association. Logging out creates a new guest identity and does not automatically transfer the previous account’s Plus status.
Restore may associate the commercial entitlement with the current player identity; it does not restore an earlier anonymous match identity or history. After RevenueCat reconciliation, the API’s server-owned snapshot determines Plus status; the mobile client cannot grant premium access by itself.
Availability, changes, and refunds
Plus feature availability depends on an active, server-verified entitlement. Price changes follow the processes of the store used for the purchase. Refund requests and payment disputes are handled under the applicable store’s processes and applicable consumer law. These Terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights.
Service changes and account termination
The service may be changed, temporarily suspended, or have a feature removed for security, legal requirements, or product development. Material changes are communicated reasonably through the application or website before they take effect.
Users can delete their account in the application. Access may be restricted or terminated for attempts to bypass security controls, misuse of the service, or unlawful use; mandatory consumer and appeal rights remain available.
Liability and governing law
CrossRoster is provided with reasonable care; interruptions or changes involving the internet, App Store, device, Apple, RevenueCat, or other independent services may be outside CrossRoster’s direct control. Liability that cannot lawfully be limited remains unaffected; liability for indirect loss is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory rights and access to competent consumer arbitration bodies and courts at the user’s place of residence remain unaffected. Non-waivable local consumer rights of users outside Türkiye also remain protected.
