ACCOUNT CONTROL

Delete your CrossRoster account

Delete your CrossRoster account from Profile in the iOS or Android app, or request deletion by email without accessing the app.

Delete in the app

Open CrossRoster, go to Profile, tap “Delete account,” enter your password, and confirm deletion.

Request without the app

Email support@crossroster.app with the subject “CrossRoster account deletion”. Include your username and whether this is a Staging test account or a Production account so we can locate it. Use your verified recovery email if available. Never send your password, access credentials, or recovery links. The request is processed after account ownership is verified; you do not need to reinstall the app.

What is removed

Your username and password-verification data are removed immediately. Friendships and pending friend or invitation requests are deleted, and you no longer appear on public leaderboards.

Match integrity

Only an opaque player identifier may remain to preserve completed-match integrity. A deleted player’s public username is not retained in match or leaderboard views.

Diagnostics and subscriptions

Account deletion does not automatically delete Firebase installation diagnostics; Firebase begins removing crash records and associated identifiers after 90 days. Limited subscription events may be retained as necessary for disputes. Manage subscription cancellation separately in the Apple Account or Google Play subscription settings used for purchase.

Before deleting

Deletion is rejected while you belong to an active room or non-terminal match. Leave or finish the active game, then try again from Profile. After successful deletion, the device can continue as an anonymous player.
