This marketing site uses Google Analytics only after you accept. It measures landing-page views and store/game link clicks. Advertising, session replay and PostHog are not enabled here. Reject or withdraw permission through Cookie preferences.

The cr-marketing-consent sessionStorage record contains only the policy version, your decision and its time, for this tab session. After acceptance, Google Analytics may use host-only _ga and _ga_WKRDPKBNB8 session cookies. Browser session restoration may preserve session data. Rejecting removes these analytics cookies. If preference storage is blocked, analytics does not start.

The web game is a separate service

Sign-in and gameplay at play.crossroster.app are separate from the marketing site. Browser storage may be used to maintain your session, protect security, and complete game actions you request. Account and gameplay data processing is broader than cookies; the Privacy Policy also applies to that data.

Sessions and settings you choose

The web game uses a session cookie for login continuity and security. Your chosen language, appearance, and audio settings may also be remembered in your browser. These functions are distinct from permission for optional analytics or advertising measurement. Removing session data may require signing in again; removing settings may reset your preferences.

Browser storage includes more than cookies

The web game may also use local or tab storage to notify other tabs of a session change and prevent accidental repetition of interrupted actions. This policy also covers these technologies. Technical inventory review is ongoing for exact names, durations, and behavior in the live release.

Optional measurement and control

Google Analytics sends measurement requests from your browser to Google, which processes your IP address during the connection. Event/user retention is set to 2 months, with activity-based reset, granular location/device collection, Google Signals and ads personalization disabled. This period does not determine retention of aggregated reports. Events do not include URL queries, fragments, referrers, account details or gameplay answers. Measurement does not start on URLs with queries/fragments or on legal, support or invitation pages. Provider contracts and international transfers remain under legal review; this text is not legal approval.

You can inspect or remove cookies and other storage using your browser's site-data settings. A preference on the marketing site does not automatically change account preferences in the game service.
